Please read these Terms carefully. By using TrustScore™ services, you agree to these Terms.
Effective Date: February 14, 2026
1.1 TrustScore™ evaluates business digital credibility by analyzing publicly available information across five pillars (Digital Presence, Brand Identity, Customer Trust, Legal Compliance, Tech Modernization) for a maximum score of 700 points.
1.2 TrustScore™ measures digital credibility only — not business performance, product quality, or future viability. Scores are assessment tools, not guarantees.
2.1 Services available to legally registered businesses and sole proprietorships. You must be 18+ years old with legal authority to bind the business.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse evaluation to businesses engaged in illegal activities, fraud, hate speech, discrimination, violence, child exploitation, pyramid schemes, or intentional misinformation.
3.1 Pricing:
3.2 All payments due upfront via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or approved payment methods. Prices in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
3.3 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. New prices apply to new purchases.
4.1 Scores based solely on publicly available information at time of evaluation (websites, Google Business Profiles, social media, review platforms, government databases).
4.2 Reports delivered within 48 hours to email and WhatsApp provided at signup.
4.3 Scores may increase, decrease, or remain unchanged during re-verification based on current digital credibility status. We do not guarantee score improvement.
5.1 Badges valid for 90 days from verification date. After 90 days, badge expires and displays "EXPIRED" status on verification page.
5.2 Re-verification required every 90 days minimum to maintain valid badge and public directory listing.
5.3 Re-verification Pricing:
Minimum 60 days must pass between verifications.
6.1 Scores determined by objective evaluation. You cannot pay for higher scores. Attempts to manipulate evaluators result in permanent ban and legal action.
6.2 Our AI detects fake reviews, bought followers, stock photos passed as original work, and falsified certifications. Detected manipulation results in penalty points (50–150 point reductions) and notation in report.
6.3 Legitimate improvement (improving actual website quality, generating authentic reviews, enhancing legal compliance) is encouraged and not considered manipulation.
7.1 You receive non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display badge on your website, storefront, social media, marketing materials, business cards, and proposals.
7.2 Badge must not be altered (design, colors, score, date). Digital badges must link to your verification page.
7.3 Upon expiry (90 days), you must immediately remove badge from all locations. Displaying expired badge is fraudulent misrepresentation resulting in score invalidation and potential legal action.
8.1 Businesses scoring 300+ automatically listed in public directory at trustscore.sevorse.com (you may opt out by emailing privacy@sevorse.com).
8.2 Directory includes business name, category, score, verification date, location, and brief description.
8.3 Removed from directory if badge expired, score dropped below 300, or you requested opt-out.

9.3 Low score is NOT grounds for refund. Scores reflect objective reality. If you believe score is inaccurate due to data errors, dispute per Section 10 (not refund).
9.4 Refund Process: Email refunds@sevorse.com with Order ID, business name, and reason. Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method.
9.5 Chargebacks: Initiating chargeback without contacting us first results in immediate account suspension, badge invalidation, permanent ban, and chargeback fee (₹500 + processing costs).
10.1 If you believe your score is inaccurate due to outdated information, incorrect data interpretation, or technical error, email disputes@sevorse.com within 7 days with verification code and evidence.
10.2 We'll review within 5–7 business days and either uphold score (with explanation) or adjust score and issue updated report at no charge.
10.3 Our determination is final. Subjective opinions ("score lower than expected") are not valid dispute grounds.
11.1 TrustScore™ provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee scores perfectly reflect business quality, predict success, or that third parties will accept scores.
11.2 TrustScore™ reports are informational only — not legal, financial, or business advice.
11.3 We rely on third-party data sources (Google, social media, government databases). We are not responsible for errors or delays in third-party data.
11.4 To maximum extent permitted by law, Sevorse's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (₹49–299). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or damage to reputation.
12.1 Sevorse owns all rights in TrustScore™ trademark, logo, scoring algorithm, report templates, and badge designs.
12.2 Your license to use badge is limited as described in Section 7. "TrustScore™" is a registered trademark — unauthorized use is trademark infringement.
12.3 By submitting for evaluation, you grant Sevorse license to use information for scoring, display in public directory (unless opted out), and use in aggregated anonymized form for algorithm improvement.
13.1 Data collection and use governed by Privacy Policy. We only analyze publicly available information.
13.2 We implement 256-bit SSL encryption, secure cloud storage, and access controls. We do not sell your data to third parties.
13.3 You have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Email privacy@sevorse.com to exercise rights.
14.1 We may suspend or terminate your account and invalidate badge immediately without refund if you violate Terms, engage in fraud, misuse badge, provide false information, or operate illegal business.
14.2 You may not "cancel" a one-time verification (it's a single service). Simply don't re-verify and badge will expire naturally after 90 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sevorse from all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of Terms, misuse of badge, illegal business activities, or inaccurate information provided.
16.1 These Terms governed by laws of India, specifically Karnataka state. Exclusive jurisdiction: Bangalore courts.
16.2 For disputes under ₹10 lakh, you agree to binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat: Bangalore. You waive class action rights.
16.3 Before arbitration or litigation, attempt informal resolution by emailing legal@sevorse.com.
17.1 These Terms constitute entire agreement between you and Sevorse.
17.2 We may update Terms at any time. Material changes notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17.3 If any provision held invalid, remaining provisions remain in force.
17.4 You may not assign Terms or your account. Sevorse may assign to affiliates, successors, or third parties with notice.
17.5 Force Majeure: Sevorse not liable for failures due to acts of God, war, government actions, internet outages, or third-party platform failures.
