Please read these terms carefully before using TrustScore services. By submitting for evaluation, you agree to these terms.
One-time plan badges are valid for 3 months from verification date. After 3 months, badges expire and businesses are removed from the public directory until re-verified.
Annual Plan subscribers receive automatic re-verification every 3 months (4 cycles per year). Badges remain active as long as the subscription is active. If subscription is cancelled or not renewed, badge expires at the end of the current billing period.
Scores are based on publicly available information at the time of evaluation including but not limited to: websites, Google Business Profiles, social media accounts, review platforms, and government databases (GST, MCA).
Businesses cannot pay for higher scores. Scores reflect actual digital credibility. Attempts to manipulate (fake reviews, bought followers) will be detected and penalized.
One-time plan users: Re-verification is available every 3 months at ₹299/business. Scores may increase, decrease, or stay the same based on current status.
Annual Plan subscribers: Re-verification is included and performed automatically every 3 months at no additional cost. Updated scores and reports are delivered after each cycle. Annual Plans auto-renew at the end of each 12-month period. You may cancel anytime before the next renewal date.
One-time plans: No refunds after evaluation is completed and report is delivered. Refunds available only if evaluation is not completed within 48 hours (rare).
Annual Plans: Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if no evaluation has been delivered. After first evaluation is delivered, no refund for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future renewal.
If you believe your score is inaccurate, contact us within 7 days of receiving your report. We will review and re-evaluate for free if error is found on our end.
We do not sell your data. Information submitted is used solely for TrustScore evaluation and communication regarding your score.
You may display your TrustScore badge on your website, shop, social media, and marketing materials. Badge must not be altered. For one-time plans, badge becomes invalid after 3 months without re-verification. For Annual Plan subscribers, badge remains valid as long as subscription is active.
By submitting for evaluation, you agree to be listed on trustscore.sevorse.com public directory if you receive a passing score (300+). Scores below 300 are shared privately only.
Sevorse reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated via email to all verified businesses.
