Everything you need to know about TrustScore™, our evaluation process, pricing, and badge usage.
TrustScore™ is the standardized business credibility score (0–700) introduced by Sevorse. It measures how trustworthy your business appears to customers, banks, and B2B buyers online by evaluating five key pillars:
Think of it as the CIBIL score for your business's digital credibility.
Just like banks require your CIBIL score before approving loans, B2B buyers and customers now check business credibility before making decisions. Without TrustScore™, you don't know how credible you appear online or why you're losing deals.
TrustScore™ is becoming the business standard — corporate buyers are already asking "What's your TrustScore™?" in vendor evaluations.
We evaluate publicly available information across five pillars:
All data sources are public (your website, Google, social media, government databases). We don't access private business information.
TrustScore™ reflects your current credibility. Your digital presence changes constantly — reviews accumulate, websites get updated, compliance status shifts. Re-verification every 90 days ensures your score stays accurate.
Just like you wouldn't use a 6-month-old credit report for a loan application, outdated TrustScores mislead customers and undermine the standard.
Your badge expires after 90 days and shows "EXPIRED" status on the verification page. You'll be removed from the public directory. Customers checking your badge will see it's outdated — a negative credibility signal. Re-verify at ₹199 to restore active status.
48 hours from payment confirmation. You'll receive your comprehensive report via email and WhatsApp.
Contact support@sevorse.com within 7 days with specific concerns. If we made an error in data collection or analysis, we'll re-evaluate for free and issue an updated report.
If the score is accurate based on publicly available information, we'll provide a detailed explanation of the scoring rationale. Scores reflect reality, not desired outcomes.
Most businesses initially score 350–450. Top performers score 600+.
Yes. Most businesses improve 80–120 points within 30–60 days by following the improvement roadmap. Common quick wins include:
Re-verify after 90 days to track progress.
Our AI analyzes suspicious patterns: sudden review spikes, generic templated language, new reviewer accounts with no history, follower spikes without engagement increases, and cross-platform inconsistencies.
Detected manipulation results in penalty points and a flag in your report.
Yes! Display your badge on your website, storefront, social media, marketing materials, business cards, and proposals.
Badge must not be altered and must accurately show your current score and verification date. Digital badges must link to your verification page for authenticity checks.
Each badge includes a unique verification code. Anyone can verify authenticity at trustscore.sevorse.com/verify by entering the code or your business name. This shows your official score, verification date, and validity status.
Displaying fake badges is fraud and results in legal action.
After 90 days without re-verification, your badge becomes invalid and shows "EXPIRED" on the verification page. You're removed from the public directory. Customers checking your badge see the expired status — a negative signal.
Re-verify at ₹199 to restore active status and updated score.

Increasingly yes. Corporate procurement teams use TrustScore™ to standardize vendor verification, reduce due diligence time from hours to seconds, and justify vendor selection decisions.
Many RFPs and tenders now include "TrustScore™ 450+" as an eligibility criterion. This is becoming the business standard.
Absolutely. B2B buyers Google you before meetings. Corporate procurement teams verify credibility online. Export buyers check legitimacy before placing orders.
Many manufacturing and B2B businesses score low initially but see the highest ROI from improvement because of high average deal sizes (₹5–50 lakh+) and long sales cycles shortened by credibility signals.
